Creative spaces for reflection, care,

Arc & Anchor offers thoughtfully designed creative experiences that feel grounded and human. Participants explore, make, and discover what emerges through process in ways that remain personal, open-ended, and real.

and meaning-making during times of change.

A different kind of creative space

Arc & Anchor sits between studio, classroom, and reflective space. The work is grounded in expressive arts approaches, emphasizing process, attention, and meaning-making over instruction or outcomes.

Experiences are clearly framed and designed with choice in mind, supporting both individual agency and shared experience.

Ways of Engaging

Live, small-group creative experiences where people make and explore together through a guided arc. Each gathering supports curiosity, connection, and creative engagement, while leaving room for personal interpretation and choice.

Research-informed writing that examines how creative expression shapes human health, and experience. Drawing on expressive arts research and global practice, this work explores how art, craft, music, movement, writing, and performance influence our brains, bodies, relationships, and capacity for resilience, across cultures and context.

Digital and physical creative tools for self guided reflection, exploration, and meaning-making beyond live gatherings. Designed to be flexible, revisitable, and personal, these resources carry the same care and intentionality as the facilitated work.

Curious where this work might lead?

Arc & Anchor is an evolving creative practice. Along the way, I share new work, field notes, and invitations to gather, explore, and create in different forms. If you’d like updates on new writing, resources, and upcoming experiences, you’re welcome to join the list.

Thank you. You're now part of the conversation.

Occasional reflections and invitations. No noise.

Arc & Anchor offers facilitated creative experiences and resources. This work does not constitute therapy and is not a substitute for clinical care.
